A cup of homemade soup of the day and choice of any one-half order salad $9.50

Apple Valley Salad
Spinach, valley greens, fresh apple, blue cheese crumbles, dried cranberries, candied walnuts and grilled chicken breast
all tossed in an Apple Cider Vinaigrette $10   (½ order $7)

Taco Salad
Chopped and tossed mixed lettuce, green onion, black beans, tortilla strips, shredded jack and cheddar cheeses,
topped with Pico de Gallo, sour cream and guacamole Chicken or Steak $10 (½ order $7)

Spinach Salad
Spinach, bacon, hard boiled egg, goat cheese, pepitas and sun-dried tomatoes with balsamic vinaigrette
dressing $9 (½ order $6)

Cobb Salad
Turkey, ham, eggs, olives, bacon bits, jack, cheddar and blue cheeses on bed of mixed lettuce,
with choice of dressing $10 (½ order $7)

Steak Salad
Balsamic-marinated skirt steak, mixed greens, saut&eacut;ed bellpeppers, mushrooms, onions, roasted cherry tomatoes,
avocado and blue cheese crumbles $11 (½ order $8)

Asian Chicken Salad
Shredded iceberg and Napa cabbage tossed in a ginger-soy vinaigrette, topped with cashews, grilled marinated
chicken breast, mandarin oranges and crunchy Chinese noodles $10 (½ order $7)

Caesar Salad
Hearts of Romaine, tossed in Caesar dressing and topped with cherry tomatoes, homemade croutons
and freshly grated parmesan cheese $7

Small Salad
Romaine and iceberg lettuce, tomato, cucumber and carrots, homemade croutons with choice of dressing $4

Add grilled chicken breast to any salad for $3, marinated steak or prawns $4.50, salmon filet $5.50
